Engineered to promote short, quick movement through the legsand the feet, LFHYD fins help swimmers to create the natural flow of a flutter kick. With a 100% silicone construction and state-of-the-art comfort fit, the Hydroblade prevents athletes from feeling restricted as they move. In addition to an innovative heel strap design and convenient pull tab,each fin is also created with rounded edges to prevent discomfort in the fin’s foot cavity.
When it comes to specs the Hydroblade is a stand alone piece of training equipment. In addition to channel side rails that amplify power in the water, all LFHYD swim fins also include an angled blade surface for upward kick resistance as you move. Plus, the Hydroblade comes in a variety of color and size options, making it an ideal choice for swimmers at every level.

Very comfortable to wear. I had read in earlier reviews that it pays to purchase a half size or full size higher than your normal size. I went a half size up, I could have gone up full size. Should have bought theses sooner. Struggled with non-optic goggles so these were a real breakthrough. Reasonabley priced, comfy with good selection of adjustable nose pieces. +ve magnification with clear lenses are hard to come by. A great buy.

I have reviewed these goggles before and when they come on special, I stock up. Just wouldn't be able to see the coach's whiteboard with them.
Does what it is supposed to do and that is preventing water entering my nose.
The main body of this bag accommodates my fins, kickboard, snorkel, pull buoy and hand paddles. The front pocket is perfect for my swim cap, goggles, anti-fog spry and nose clip. The drink bottle holder fits my one litre bottle easily.
